We assess each potential resident to ensure we can meet their specific needs. This includes evaluating their medical condition, daily living requirements, and any specialized care they may need. We work closely with the resident and/or their families to ensure our facility is the right choice for a healthy and happy life.
What types of medical care are provided on-site?
We provide comprehensive medical care, including regular check-ups, medication administration, physical therapy, and specialized services in coordination with the resident's medical team. Our facility doctor and health team (nutritionist, psychologist) visit regularly.
What services are offered?
We offer a wide range of services including 24/7 nursing care, physical therapy, electronic medical records, recreational activities, social activities, outings, pool therapy, etc. Our goal is to provide holistic care to improve the quality of life for all residents.
What is the cost of care?
The cost of care varies depending on the level of care required and the type of room selected. Please contact us to schedule an in-person or virtual tour to discuss your needs and pricing information.
Can I visit my loved one at any time?
Yes, we encourage family and friends to visit their loved ones. We understand how important these connections are for our residents' emotional well-being. However, to ensure a peaceful and safe environment, we ask that you visits follow the visitor guidelines in place.
Are there language support services for non-Spanish speakers?
Yes, we have staff members who speak English and can assist non-Spanish-speaking residents and families. We are committed to making sure all of our residents feel comfortable and understood, regardless of language barriers.
Are the facility and staff licensed?
Yes, our facility is fully licensed by all relevant authorities, including Civil Defense and the Health Authority (COFEPRIS). Additionally, all our employees are certified by the Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP), ensuring professional and high-quality care.
What food options do you offer, and will I (or my loved one) enjoy the food?
We believe food is an important part of life and should be both tasty and healthy. We provide three meals a day and snacks (International cuisine), with a menu planned by a nutritionist. While the menu is set, we always have additional options available to ensure each resident enjoys their meals and gets the nutrition they need.
