About our Name
Buhayra means “lake”, a name that evokes tranquility, beauty, and life. Inspired by the secret gardens of twelfth century Spain, Buhayra reflects the essence of hidden retreats—serene, lush spaces designed for relaxation, connection, and joy. It is a place where nature, comfort, and community come together to create a peaceful yet vibrant sanctuary for living well.
